“You can imagine an extreme change of attitude from being in a good mood getting up in the morning to tackle the day and going to work and finding a smashed rear end of my car! So I decided to take it in to the urban collision center and get it looked at. This was only after checking a few other body shops that my insurance, Mercury , recommended to me. They stated it would take at least one month just to get parts and another 2 to 2 1/2 months to do the work. I know there is a shipment shortage around the world and I was not willing to go that route with The insurance specified body shops , so that's why I chose urban collision. They assessed the car and shopped for the parts while I still was able to drive around, although not showing that smashed side to people very often, for a couple of weeks! Mike and the boys really stepped up and got right on it. Even though the parts were in , it did take an extra week for them to do the actual bodywork on the trunk part of the Camaro. Mike even went above and beyond and installed a bracket at my request to hook my dog's leash up to , so it can stay in place underneath the convertible top as her kind of seatbelt restraint hooked up to her harness. They even took it upon themselves to patch up the driver's door edge that often opened up on some cement wall or metal sides of buildings. Everyone there was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this location to everyone!”.
